HRS-150 is a half automatic and intelligent hardness testing machine, except to lift up the anvil to touch the specimen and select the test force: 60Kgf(588.4N), 100Kgf(980.7N) and 150Kgf(1471N) in hand-knob manually, the other operations are entirely automatic.
The testing force, the process of loading, dwell and unloading, the hardness testing value, and the corresponding converted scale are displayed on LCD screen automatically.
HRS-150 system will remind the operator to select the corresponding testing force and indenter after scales choosing, and the automatic hardness testing and digital 0.1HR resolution display avoids the man-made error and enhance the measuring accuracy.
HRS-150 force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic material, it improves the instrument using-life greatly.
HRS-150 can make the hardness conversion among 14 hardness scales: HRA, HRB,HRC, HRD, HRF,HV, HK, HBW, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, it doesn�t need the operator to trace and check the fussy hardness comparison table again.
HRS-150 saves, displays and analyzes the value of maximum, minimum, average and tolerance automatically, the mini-printer prints the main measuring data automatically, and it supports PC communication in RS232 interface and cable.
